Greene Construction
In 2008, I acquired my contractors license and started Greene Construction after many years of working for others. Greene Construction can perform any job from a water heater change out to ground up construction. Driven by quality, I continuously walk the line between perfectionist and pragmatist. I have the rare capacity to visualize the end-state of a project in detail, but also concede that work is constrained by budgets, schedules, materials, and existing conditions. As such, I am a skilled mediator. Both a people person and a very direct communicator, I strive to maintain open dialogue, trust, and a sense of shared ownership with clients, subcontractors, vendors and employees. My aim is to ensure jobs run smoothly. Win-win compromises are found as needed, and project goals are achieved.
I primarily work in the San Francisco Bay area and especially enjoy and appreciate working on the Victorian homes and buildings that add to the beauty of this city.
